Education/Training: A BS or BA degree in a related field of study; specialized bank auditing education and training. Professional certification (e.g. CIA, CPA, CBA) preferred.

Commercial Support Specialist

Education/Training: An Associate’s degree in a related field normally required; specialized in Finance, Computer Science or related field

Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient computer skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient customer service skills; training skills; knowledge of information technology functions including PC support & internet browser support; deposit, loan and digital product knowledge; valid driver’s license; visual and auditory skills.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in related positions normally required.

General Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the Commercial Department with onboarding commercial customers. This will include support around commercial online banking, mobile banking, loans, commercial banking products & commercial customer training; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other divisions or departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the commercial function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining policies, procedures & training documents; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports. Some traveling is required.
